"When we commissioned Sean and the ModCon team to build the Carr Manor Community Hub we were hoping for a team that could deliver a bespoke project in a relatively short time frame and to a manageable budget. We also wanted a team that understood the unique requirements of the project and were sensitive to the purpose of the building and the engagement with the community.

Our hopes have been more than fulfilled with the ModCon team delivering an affordable, high quality, modern and a negative carbon building that gives the platform for the Community Hub to start the new work with confidence.
